W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Onsite Services to lead KeepStock activities across a defined geography. You will coach a team of Onsite Representatives and Specialists, ensuring customer accounts are managed, stock organized, and productivity improved.

This hybrid role emphasizes leadership, partnerships with sales and branch teams, and delivering value through effective KeepStock solutions and service execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in retail, manufacturing or industrial business, with some leadership experience.
• Understanding of financial and economic concepts to perform P&L tasks.
• Situational leadership in a matrixed environment and ability to lead others not directly within span of control.
• Experience building and sustaining partnerships and teams.
• Strength in process improvement, ownership and control and project management.

Responsibilities

• KeepStock Management/Leadership: Coach a team of 4-9 Onsite Representatives and Specialists to maintain customer accounts and stock and organize products on time using essential tools and metrics.
• Select, coach and retain a diverse team.
• Set the example and coach leaders in Grainger values and positive engagement.
• Manage KeepStock projects in the service geography to improve productivity and profitability of KeepStock.
• Ensure proper solutions and resources are deployed to customers.
• Partner with the sales team to exceed incremental sales growth expectations and ROI for KeepStock sites.
• Maintain customer relationships and partner with sales and branch teams to address service opportunities.
• Build an internal network with local Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Consulting collaborators.
