Job summary

Grainger, a leading broad line distributor, is seeking a Supervisor Onsite Services to lead the KeepStock program across a defined geography. You will coach a team of 4-9 Onsite Representatives and Specialists, ensuring accurate inventory, timely product placement, and strong customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.

You will partner with sales and branch teams to drive service growth, manage projects, and advocate for Grainger values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in retail, manufacturing, or industrial business, with some leadership exposure.
• Understanding of financial concepts to perform P&L tasks.
• Situational leadership experience in a matrixed environment and lead others not directly within span of control.
• Experience building and sustaining partnerships and teams.
• Strength in process improvement, ownership and control and project management.

Responsibilities

• KeepStock management and leadership of a team of 4-9 Onsite Representatives and Specialists to maintain customer accounts and stock on time.
• Set the example and coach leaders in understanding Grainger values while creating positive team member engagement.
• Manage KeepStock projects in the service geography focused on improving productivity and profitability of the KeepStock offering.
• Partner with the sales team, providing expertise in Keepstock offers to help sales team exceed incremental sales growth expectations and ROI.
• Maintain customer relationships and partner with sales and branch teams to identify and address service opportunities.
• Be a KeepStock advocate by building an internal network with local Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Consulting collaborators.
