Job summary

Grainger seeks an Onsite Inventory Specialist to partner with customers and provide Grainger inventory management services on the customer site. Manage indirect inventory using KeepStock and crib management, aligning with customer processes.

Reports to Manager, Onsite Services. You will stock inventory, support procurement, deliver excellent customer service, perform product searches, provide quotes, and generate custom reports for the client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent.
• Lift 25 to 60 lbs.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and stock customer's inventory levels for Grainger and Non Grainger inventory through KeepStock programs and Crib management.
• Support the customer's inventory management and product procurement processes by managing the daily integration of all indirect inventory into the customer's product processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Perform product search and select activity directly with customer in-house for end-users.
• Provide quotes based on customer request.
• Provide specialized reports requested by the customer.
