Job summary
Leidos seeks a System Integration Test Manager to support DISA GSM-O II. The role requires on-site work at Fort Meade, a Secret clearance, and certification to Security+ within 14 days of hire.
You will lead automated testing for ServiceNow, apply ITIL processes, and drive regression testing in an Agile environment. You will mentor junior testers, develop test plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure mission-critical functionality and validated delivery of digital transformation
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Security+ certification within 14 days of hire
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes
- Strong background in Agile testing and automation
- Familiarity with ATFs and automated testing frameworks
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor testers within an Agile team
- Create automation tests using ServiceNow ATFs
- Implement automated regression testing to improve reliability
- Develop test plans, data, and acceptance criteria
- Document test results and anomalies in Jira
- Coordinate with stakeholders to validate delivery of solutions
- Support CI/CD and DevOps practices for testing
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews
- Translate requirements into test cases and execution steps
- Maintain validation traces for software requirements (RVTM)
