Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works and following specialized instructions.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
• Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair.
