Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Hanover Park, IL is hiring for an Associate Technician on a W2 basis. The role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park office and supports transforming cloud, data and cybersecurity initiatives for clients.

The Associate Technician will deploy images, troubleshoot hardware, and perform QC inspections, with opportunities for growth within the organization and a strong focus on tech enablement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience.
• PCs, messaging and server software applications required; LAN/WAN, and ability to automate tasks using basic scripting techniques a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.
• Minimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience, including laptops and desktops for Tier One vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deploy images and customize software based on provided work instructions.
• Identify and troubleshoot system hardware problems.
• Perform Quality Control inspections.
