This Service Technician Flex W2 position involves installing, repairing, testing and servicing hardware and communications technologies, diagnosing issues and ensuring systems stay up and productive.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• IT-related certificate or diploma.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• A+ certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
• Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair.
