Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• LANs, WANs, PCs and messaging/server software experience required.
• Ability to automate tasks using basic scripting techniques.
• Ability to remotely manage devices and debug issues using knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and peripheral repairs and identify problems to minimize downtime.
• Provide telephone support for a dispersed user community.
• Install, test, and configure network and data communication equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
