Xerox Corporation seeks an Onsite Service Technician to deliver exceptional service to clients at customer sites in Jacksonville. You will use electromechanical skills to repair devices and manage maintenance and inventory for assigned equipment, while serving as the primary customer contact.

Electromechanical experience in troubleshooting and repair of devices.
Strong time management and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

Offer outstanding service to clients; manage calls per SLA to optimize satisfaction.
Repair devices using electromechanical skills; Xerox provides training.
Serve as primary customer contact for maintenance and inventory of equipment.
Communicate equipment status to on-site clients and coordinate with Xerox staff as needed.
Deliver customer training on equipment to improve user knowledge.
