• Offer outstanding service to clients and manage calls per SLA.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; Xerox provides training.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage inventory of assigned equipment.
• Provide communication and interface to on-site client base as to equipment status.
• Deliver customer training on assigned products.
