You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems, use a multimeter, and maintain equipment while training end users. This active role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and a safety-first mindset, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ongoing Xerox training.

Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits and schematics.
• Strong time management and reliability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; MVR checked.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and resolve issues per SLA to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; training provided by Xerox.
• Serve as primary customer contact for maintenance, production, and inventories of equipment.
• Communicate equipment status and coordinate with Xerox personnel on site.
• Deliver product training to end users to improve usability.
