Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years of related technical experience.
• 5 years of related industry experience with demonstrated training competencies.
• Strong leadership, organization, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operational activities and serves as single point of contact for Installation Qualification issues.
• Establishes and audits local procedures for training and reference.
• Performs special projects at customer site under supervision from senior techs or project management.
• Maintains maintenance records and preventive schedules to ensure optimal performance.
• Assists with failure analysis by providing failure mode information.
• Submits information to Edwards technical department for equipment improvements.
• Writes weekly/monthly activity reports for customer sites as required by management.
• Ensures 7x24 escalation support with Site Lead and Site Manager.
