Job summary

Edwards Vacuum seeks an On-site Service Engineer Team Lead to supervise semi-routine maintenance scheduled procedures at customer sites in Boise, ID. The role includes directing daily team activities and acting as the primary point of contact for Installation Qualification issues.

You will establish procedures, perform special projects, and maintain maintenance records to ensure optimal equipment performance. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years' related technical experience.
• 5 years related industry experience including relevant training and competencies.
• Knowledge in electronic, mechanical, chemical, or gas in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs team daily operational activities and serves as the single point of contact for Installation Qualification issues.
• Establishes and audits local operating procedures to train Edwards and customer personnel.
• Performs special projects at customer site with supervision from senior technical experts or project management.
• Maintains records of repairs and maintenance; develops a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment.
• Assists with failure analysis by providing information on failure modes.
• Submits information to Edwards technical department to drive equipment improvements.
• Writes weekly/monthly reports on activities at the customer site for management.
• Works with Site Lead and Site Manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support for the site team.
• Maintains punctual attendance and collaborates in a team environment.
