Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our vacuum systems at customer sites. You will report to the Site Manager and perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime while documenting activities.

The role requires 1–3 years in a related technical field with a customer-facing background, strong English communication, and the ability to read technical drawings and write reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred or military equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, vacuum) with some customer-facing experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Site Manager.
• Visit sites for inspection, service, troubleshooting, and repair of systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Serve as on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
