Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Service Supervisor to provide level supervision to technicians at a Fort Mill, South Carolina site. The role includes managing expenses, escalating employee relations issues, and directing day-to-day tasks while upholding safety, inventory controls, and customer service standards.

This leadership position requires 5–7 years of technical experience with 2+ years in management, a Bachelor’s/technical degree or equivalent military experience, and proficiency with MS Office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/technical degree or equivalent military experience.
• 5 to 7 years of technical work experience or 2 years of industry specific experience.
• Combined with 2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Industrial or commercial process water experience required.
• Clean driving record.
