Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Service Manager to oversee field service professionals at a large site and multiple locations. You will manage budgets, workforce planning, and performance, ensuring safe operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include driving KPI visibility, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining water quality and inventory across sites. A strong leader with 5–7 years of technical and 3 years of leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of technical work experience or 3 years of industry-specific experience.
• 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture.
• Define and drive proactive customer, employee, safety, and leadership management.
• Provide input into KPIs and budget alignment with P&L goals.
• Lead and motivate field service teams across locations.
• Ensure inventory levels support multiple sites and service objectives.
