Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Bozrah, CT area to lead the daily operations of the dewatering service center. This hands-on leadership role directs branch shop, yard, and field service activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field service with supervisory experience, strong OSHA knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service or related operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong safety knowledge, including OSHA standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or service management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across shop, yard, and field service activities.
• Schedule and supervise branch personnel based on demand and certifications.
• Drive on-site safety, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee work orders from scheduling to completion and document related records.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams for forecasting and service execution.
• Monitor KPIs, labor and material usage, and support payroll.
