Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 water solutions leader, is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform on-site field service at customer sites with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will troubleshoot and service mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment and participate in preventive maintenance programs across multiple systems.

The role requires strong problem solving, customer interaction, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and diesel equipment.
• Willingness to travel 20%-80% as required.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
