Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and manage parts inventory while ensuring safety on customer-owned equipment.

The role requires strong teamwork, willingness to travel up to 80%, and the ability to interface directly with customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Capable of obtaining CDL, class A or B with endorsements.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card and customer clearances (TWIC, DISA).
• Must be able to travel 20%–80% as required by division/location.

• Collaborate effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.
• Interfacing with customers and performing field service at customer sites.
• Occasionally work across multiple systems/locations/customers.
