Manpower, Inc. in Thomasville, GA is seeking an Onsite Service Specialist to manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), vending machines, and storeroom programs.

The role includes assisting customers with order placement, quoting, sourcing, and identifying cost-saving opportunities; receiving, stocking, and organizing products; monitoring inventory and coordinating with vendors; resolving issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives; and collaborating

• Experience in customer service or related roles.
• Inventory management or storeroom experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and storeroom programs.
• Assist customers with order placement, quoting, sourcing, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Receive, unpack, stock, replenish, and organize products throughout customer locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate min/max stock quantities.
• Work closely with vendors to source products, expedite orders, and support customer projects.
• Resolve customer product and service issues while providing consultative solutions.
• Participate in customer plant meetings, operational initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to improve customer satisfaction and support future growth opportunities.

Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), vending machines, and storeroom programs.

What's Needed?

• Customer service, inventory management, warehouse, manufacturing, storeroom, industrial, procurement, sourcing, or related experience.

• Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Windows, email, and internet applications.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support inventory-related activities.
