Manpower, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Machine Operator Tech to support setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment across 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts. You will monitor quality, document data, and perform basic troubleshooting to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Experience using measuring tools to verify production quality and specifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
• High School or GED education.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Eligible to work across all days of the week (SUN–SAT).

Responsabilidades

What's the Job?

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment to support consistent output
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools to keep equipment running
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Experience using measuring tools to verify production quality and specifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• High School/GED education
• Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail
• Comfort working in a production setting with scheduled coverage across all days of the week (SUN, MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT)
