Manpower is seeking an OnSite Supervisor for a client project in Jacksonville, FL. This onsite role supports client operations with responsibilities including site leadership, talent management, and ensuring service excellence.

You will oversee data entry, attendance, payroll, invoicing, and contract compliance while maintaining strong client communications. Typical days include a Monday to Friday schedule with some orientation-based adjustments.

Formación

• 3+ years of onsite workforce management, staffing, recruiting, HR or operations experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience managing attendance, call-offs, employee issues, and workforce compliance.
• Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable conducting orientations and onboarding activities.
• Recruitment Experience - Nice to Have.

Responsabilidades

• The OnSite Supervisor ensures seamless site operations at client location, providing leadership, oversight, and direction to employees.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Oversees time entry, attendance, payroll and invoicing processes; conducts quarterly contract compliance audits and maintains safety feedback records.
• Client Reporting: Prepares and delivers client-specific reports; reconciles timesheets and ensures hours and rates align with client requirements.
• Talent Engagement & Support: Performs New-Hire Check-Ins and offers support where necessary.

(Client is located off of Waterworks Street)

This role does require some flexibility:

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (may be done at 5:00 PM depending on orientation class)

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (may be done at 5:00 PM depending on orientation class)

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The OnSite Supervisor ensures seamless site operations at client location. In addition to providing leadership, oversight, and direction to the employees. Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

Service Delivery & Reporting

Data Entry & Reporting: Oversees or directly manages data entry tasks to ensure all client and talent performance data is accurately captured. This includes monitoring time entry, tracking attendance, and overseeing payroll and invoicing processes. Contract compliance audits are conducted on a quarterly basis to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions of the client, in addition that all talent placed is continuing to meet all onboarding requirements. Additionally, the Onsite Supervisor ensures that safety reports and any feedback from both talent and clients are documented and maintained for accurate records.

Client Reporting: Prepares and delivers client-specific reports, ensuring all data is accurate and reconciled. This involves cross-referencing talent timesheets to ensure that hours, rates, and other critical details align with the client’s requirements. Regular communication is maintained with clients to ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting.

Talent Engagement & Support:

Talent New-Hire Check-In’s: Checks in with talent, asking about their experience, addressing any concerns, and offering support where necessary.
