Job summary

Xerox seeks an Onsite Service Technician in Arizona to deliver field service support for customer equipment. You will repair devices using electromechanical skills, follow SLA guidelines, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Training is provided to build expertise and safety is a top priority.

The role requires physical activity, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while moving between sites throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Past roles in HVAC/cable tech, electrician, auto repair, or Military/Veteran.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance; MVR check.
• Physically capable to lift 50 lbs and be active most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service to clients; resolve issues per SLA to optimize satisfaction.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; participate in Xerox training.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage equipment inventories and maintenance.
• Communicate equipment status and coordinate with on-site client base and Xerox team.
• Deliver customer training on products to improve end-user knowledge.
