Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and repair of client equipment per SLA.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; participate in Xerox training.
• Serve as primary customer contact; manage equipment maintenance and inventories.
• Communicate equipment status to on-site customers and coordinate with Xerox personnel.
• Deliver product training to end users to improve usage.
