Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Manager onsite in Atlanta, GA to lead the service and maintenance operations for occupied single-family homes. You will manage service requests, coordinate with vendors, monitor response times, and drive resident satisfaction while controlling costs.

You will oversee inspections, ensure team training, and ensure compliance with HUD HQS and local codes, collaborating with the Housing Choice and Rental Regulations department to maximize lease

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family or single-family housing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Availability for some weekend/evening work.
• SalesForce and/or Yardi experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of all open service jobs and preventive maintenance for occupied homes.
• Review schedules and approve third-party vendors, pricing, and invoices.
• Provide technical support to service technicians and ensure proper repairs.
• Ensure timely training for the service team and compliance with programs.
• Oversee semi-annual home inspections to improve satisfaction and occupancy.
• Coordinate HUD Housing Choice Program inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with Housing Authorities and local market teams.
