Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations and stock purchased products.
• Maintain inventory by scanning for ordering purposes as stock depletes.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routes defined by routing software and maintain guides.
• Identify improvement opportunities in productivity and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements at service sites.
• Create new orders by engaging with customers for needs.
• Probe customer needs during site visits and support sales partners.
• Drive account growth through customers' inventory management KeepStock program.
• Work with partners to implement sales strategy and explain Grainger MRO solutions.
