Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services for our technology solutions, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction at client sites. You will report to the Site Manager and perform planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair systems, install equipment, and document activities on site.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (AS degree preferred) and 1–3 years in relevant technical fields, with customer-facing experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred or military equivalency.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical fields such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems during planned and ad hoc visits.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document all activities.
• Serve as the on-site customer contact, providing recommendations and addressing needs promptly.
