Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services for our vacuum solutions. You will inspect, install, troubleshoot, and repair systems on customer sites, ensuring safety and performance while minimizing downtime.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will document activities, provide on-site recommendations, and support customers with timely service. Strong English, self-direction, and the ability to read technical documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical field such as electronic, mechanical, gas, or vacuum with customer-facing experience.
• Strong customer focus and safety-conscious.
• Ability to read technical drawings and reports.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to travel on-site and perform installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems during planned and ad hoc visits.
• Report into Site Manager and document activities.
• Provide on-site recommendations and address customer needs promptly.
• Ensure safety compliance during installations and maintenance.
