Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for vacuum technology on customer sites, including Intel facilities. You will diagnose, repair, install and document activities, reporting to the Site Manager and coordinating with customers to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a technical field, a High School Diploma (AS preferred), and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
• Diagnose issues and prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
