Job summary

Edwards Vacuum, a division of Atlas Copco, seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repairs and high customer satisfaction. You will inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various systems on customer sites, ensuring safety and documenting activities.

You will report to the Site Manager, perform installations, and provide on-site service recommendations to meet customer needs with a focus on reducing downtime. Requires field experience and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred or military equivalent.
• 1-3 years in a relevant technical field with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to inspect, service, troubleshoot, repair and install systems on site.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager and conduct planned and ad hoc site visits.
• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, repair systems and diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, deliver service recommendations and address customer needs.
