Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal/external customers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning jobs to Service Technicians.
• Managing new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system.
• Utilizing the service scheduler to prioritise and schedule appointments.
• Communicating with Service and Parts teams to balance workloads and meet customer needs.
• Managing incoming job leads using established processes.
• Maintaining professional communication with customers.
• Managing the WIP report and billing for customers, including reviewing invoices.
• Ensuring adherence to safety programs and incident reporting.
