Job summary

Ntiva Branding is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join the team onsite in Lombard, IL. You will be the first line of support, handling client calls and emails, triaging tickets, and ensuring timely resolutions while interacting with AI to validate automated solutions.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, IT fundamentals across Windows and macOS, and a proactive approach to AI-enabled workflows. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in IT service desk or helpdesk environments preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client troubleshooting calls and emails.
• Manage service tickets from triage to resolution or escalation.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts and prepare devices for deployment.
• Document detailed case notes in the ticketing system and maintain SOPs.
• Lead AI adoption and provide feedback to tooling teams.
