Job summary

iServ is seeking an IT Support Technician – Tier I (AI-Integrated) to join our MSP team. You will deliver high-quality remote and onsite support with a strong focus on first-call resolution and AI-assisted diagnostics.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, escalation, monitoring with AI analytics, and a security-first approach. You will occasionally install firewalls and network gear onsite, collaborating with remote engineers on innovative AI projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT infrastructure support, MSP environment preferred.
• Certifications listed above are advantageous.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and MS 365 in business environments.
• Interest in AI tools and chatbot-assisted IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call IT support with strong problem-solving and AI-assisted diagnostics.
• Manage tiered support, vendor escalations, and explore AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor systems with AI analytics to proactively identify and resolve incidents.
• Maintain security focus: AI-enhanced threat detection and patch management.
• Communicate timely updates to clients and teams using AI tools.
• Hybrid role with remote work and occasional onsite installations.
• Contribute to innovation projects and pilot new AI features.
