Job summary

Pique Technologies LLC is hiring a Service Desk Technician I to join our Managed Services team on-site in Illinois. You will deliver first-line support to end users, handle Windows/macOS issues, and assist with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and hospitality applications.

Entry-level position offering mentorship, with up to 15% travel to client sites and a path to grow into cloud administration and cybersecurity tools.

Qualifications

Foundational IT concepts and OS familiarity.
Excellent customer service and clear communication.
Valid Illinois driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for Windows, macOS, and standard workstation OS via phone and tickets.
Assist end users with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and hospitality apps.
Resolve password resets, MFA issues, email configuration, printing, and network problems.
Support basic administrative tasks and SaaS connectivity in M365/Google Workspace.
Assist with initial triage for monitoring and security alerts under supervision.
Travel up to 15% to client properties for onboarding and on-site support.
Maintain clear communication with users about ticket status and resolutions.
