Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Technician I to join our Tampa, FL team. This on-site position supports our client base, handling tickets and providing hardware, software, network, and application help via phone, email, and chat.

You will maintain documentation, collaborate with IT peers, and participate in training/certification per Ntiva standards while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Robust system and network documentation skills.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MS-900 or above (strongly preferred).
• Willing to work in a robust team environment.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, and maintain customer service requests (tickets) in our PSA system.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and applications via phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver excellent customer service through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with IT associates and vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain training, mentoring, and certification per company standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Service Desk Manager.
