Qualifications

• Experience in Service Desk / Desktop Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and MS Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity issues).
• Experience working in plant/industrial or field environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 technical support for plant and office users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic security tasks.
• Support plant environment systems and ensure uptime.
• Handle incident tickets and document resolutions.
