Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Cincinnati team. You will act as the hub between customers, field technicians, sales, and internal partners to keep daily service operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include prioritizing service needs, communicating updates, and ensuring accurate invoicing while supporting installation scheduling and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, coordination, scheduling, or a similar environment.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help solve problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong data entry and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers calling with equipment breakdowns and service requests.
• Evaluate incoming service needs and help prioritize the appropriate technician and timing.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their service calls and provide proactive updates along the way.
• Review completed technician work orders to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Monitor and manage Work in Progress (WIP) and update work order notes and status codes.
• Process customer invoices accurately based on billing requirements.
• Close and invoice scheduled maintenance work orders and update systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to provide a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate new equipment installations between customers, Sales, and Service Technicians.
