Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH. You will support internal and external customers by managing all phases of the sales order from receipt to delivery, coordinating purchasing, shipping, accounting, and vendor interactions.

This role requires strong detail orientation, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Experience with CRM/ERP systems and a degree in business or marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales coordinator, customer service, sales support, or administrative support role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sales team by timely managing all phases of the sale process.
• Coordinate all aspects of customer orders, including purchase orders, invoicing, gross profit calculations, transportation, installation events, final costing for sales person’s commission statements.
• Act as a liaison between all Raymond Storage Concepts departments.
• Ensure order entry and customer communications are performed with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work with accounting team members on receivables and billing to resolve issues as they arise to ensure timely payment and complete customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
