Job summary

You will work with sales representatives to efficiently complete the order process, including purchasing, shipping, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sales team by timely managing all phases of the sale process.
• Coordinate all aspects of customer orders, including purchase orders, invoicing, gross profit calculations, transportation, installation events, and commission statements.
• Act as a liaison between all Raymond Storage Concepts departments and vendors.
• Ensure order entry and customer communications are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with accounting on receivables and billing to resolve issues and ensure timely payment.
