Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service lift trucks and related equipment within the Greater Cincinnati area. Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a local service team made up of fellow technicians and a Team Leader who support each other daily. While you’ll travel to customer sites and work independently on service calls, you’ll never be on your own—you’ll have a team behind you to collaborate with, share knowledge, and help solve problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of independent field work and being part of a tight-knit, team-oriented environment.
