Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Program Execution Lead in Tewksbury, MA to oversee quick-turn hardware projects within the ERBS, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver on-time outcomes.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, strong EAC skills, and proficiency in PDM/SAP. On-site position with competitive benefits and a focus on rapid build and EVMS reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience producing, interpreting, and presenting EACs to leadership.
• Experience with supply chain and understanding procurement process.
• Experience with managing personnel, schedule, and budget within engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review EACs for assigned scope with department leadership and internal customers.
• Manage cost and schedule for assigned programs and provide status reporting.
• Analyze financial data to drive program health and provide variance explanations.
• Coordinate interaction between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Plan, schedule and manage material procurement progress for assigned program.
• Communicate with buyers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of ordered material.
• Plan, Schedule and manage the build activity through completion in ERBS assembly areas.
• Coordinate engineering support to the manufacturing floor to address non-conformances.
• Act as liaison between Design Engineering and ERBS Operations.
• Collect and analyze data required to provide EVMS support and program statusing to IPT Leads and PMO.
• Analyze program manpower demands and secure required manpower.
• Interact with internal PMO customer and external customer.
• Coordinate QA dispositioning and selling of deliverable hardware.
• Key reviewer in Preliminary and Critical design reviews and Ship Readiness Reviews.
• Coordinate hand-offs of completed equipment to internal customers.
• Coordinate shipping of hardware with logistics ensuring on-time delivery to customer.
