Job summary

RTX (US) is seeking an experienced Earned Value Analyst to join the Fighter Mobility team in a primarily onsite role in East Hartford, CT.

The role focuses on providing guidance in Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis for Military Engines Programs, including EVMS implementation and data reconciliation with the program manager and external customer. Strong Excel skills and EVMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management guidance to program team and ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis for budgeting and program performance.
• Support monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation.
