Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Management Manager to support an airborne EO/IR sensor programs within Global ISR Sensors & Software. You will lead the program life cycle from development through sustainment, manage cost, schedule, and technical execution, and lead a cross-functional team.

This onsite role in Westford, MA requires a university degree with 8+ years or an advanced degree with 5+ years, EVMS experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Preferred domain knowledge in optical, radar, or other sensing systems for aerospace/defense applications.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with polished business communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable performance and meet customer deliverables.
• Lead a multi-disciplined team of engineering, supply chain, logistics, and other functional professionals in a matrix environment.
• Be accountable for profit and loss on assigned projects; support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial metric reviews.
