Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years' experience in a Human Resources or related role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading people and obtaining results through others, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience leading teams and managing results through direct reports, co-workers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Address employee concerns and promote open communication.
• Coordinate hiring, interviewing, and onboarding for plant operations.
• Develop training, retention, and succession plans.
• Support performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain HR records.
• Monitor HR metrics like turnover and training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with EHS to ensure safety compliance.
