Precision Castparts is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Wickliffe, Ohio to lead HR practices that foster a high-performance culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive recruitment and development of a superior workforce.

You will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and collaborate with EHS teams to ensure safety compliance and effective workers' compensation management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• MS or MBA degree is highly desirable.
• Prefer 10-12 years’ experience in a Human Resources or related role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading people and obtaining results through others, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for plant operations and functional roles.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and safety awareness, and develop retention strategies.
• Support managers in conducting performance reviews and managing development plans.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies and maintain HR records.
• Monitor and report on key HR indicators such as turnover and training effectiveness.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Coach leadership on goal setting and development planning.
• Collaborate with EHS teams to ensure safety compliance and manage workers' compensation cases.
