Precision Castparts Corp. in Jenkintown, PA, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration for the facility.

You will partner with senior leadership to implement HR programs aligned with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive workforce development. The role supervises 2–3 HR Generalists, analyzes HR data, manages leave and workers’ compensation, and supports performance management and succession

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Master's degree and professional HR certification are a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Act as HR partner to facility leadership and design/implement HR policies.
• Supervise 2–3 HR Generalists and ensure compliant HR processes.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity, reporting, and audits.
• Manage benefits, FMLA/ADA leave, workers' comp, and unemployment programs.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and development planning.
• Partner with EHS and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
