Job summary

Nextiva Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join our onsite Scottsdale team. This role offers hands-on experience in modern outbound prospecting, sales technology, and AI-assisted selling.

You will master core outbound prospecting fundamentals, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel activity while using tools like Salesforce and AI platforms to move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite five days per week at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort making outbound calls, writing emails, and engaging prospects.
• Interest in B2B SaaS or technology sales and willingness to learn Salesforce CRM, sales engagement tools, and Nextiva’s product suite.
• Organized follow-through, resilience, coachability, and motivation to succeed in an activity-driven sales environment.
• Sales, customer-facing, competitive, internship, athletics, leadership, or other performance-driven experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects through an inbound motion, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Qualify leads using the SPICED methodology.
• Consistently manage daily activities to meet lead volume and pipeline generation targets.
• Proactively learn and articulate the value of Nextiva’s products and services.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel activity and support revenue growth.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance prospect research, personalize outreach, and improve outbound efficiency.
