Job summary

Soliant is partnering to fill a full-time on-site Speech-Language Pathologist role supporting elementary students for an entire school year. You’ll handle a diverse caseload of about 35 students, delivering direct services and collaborating with school staff to advance each child’s communication growth.

The ideal candidate holds an active SLP license with CCC-SLP, school-based experience, and strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC‑SLP certification.
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Strong communication skills for partnering with teachers, staff, and families.
• Ability to organize and manage a full-time caseload efficiently.
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering assessments and direct therapy tailored to student needs.
• Developing and updating IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development.
• Supporting students’ individual goals and providing strategies to staff and parents.
