Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year. This onsite role supports students in the educational setting with speech and language development.

Immediate start, competitive hourly pay of $40 to $55, plus health/dental/vision insurance. Requires state licensure or eligibility; CCC-SLP preferred; CFY considered. You will perform assessments, deliver therapy, and contribute to IEPs with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY accepted.
• Experience supporting students in school settings.
• Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing IEPs.
• Strong collaboration with students, educators, and families.
• Ability to provide therapy, assessments, and develop treatment plans for diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students, individually or in small groups.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to address student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Regularly participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as a resource to educators and families, providing strategies and support that foster student success.
