Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary-aged students in a contracted role. The position offers both onsite and remote (VOCO) service delivery, with a caseload of about 90 students.

You will perform evaluations, create IEP goals, and provide direct or consultative therapy. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, state licensure or eligibility, CCC or CFY, and experience in schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• ASHA CCC or CFY preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Provide direct or consultative services in-person or via teletherapy.
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive therapy environment.
